I went in to TruFit on Meta Dr. The staff were very friendly when I walked in. They showed me around the facility. They offered a scan&plan which showed me my numbers that will help me with my future fitness goals. They gave me a training session. They had a conversation with me that reminded me of what I can do to help better my fitness journey. The equipment is amazing as well. Many times I’ve gone there early at 5:00 a.m. because that’s the only time I have available, but they don’t open on time. It’s currently 5:27 a.m., and nobody has arrived yet.
