Awful instructions to cancel when you register for personal training with them. Be ready to fight for cancellation if you move from the area.
The gym is brand new and it is in great shape. Employees are very nice and helpful. There does need to be more disinfectant spray bottles available to clean equipment. Currently one of the leg press machines is positioned so close to the wall that it’s very difficult to load and unload weight plates safely. Having to twist and reach around the wall puts strain on my back and makes the process uncomfortable, especially when using heavier weights. I appreciate the ladies at the kids club, Megan and Mylene. They were so kind and patience with my little one who was scared to stay at the kids club at first. They communicated his progress and he was happy when I picked him up.
Megan and Aly were both so welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. They made my kids feel comfortable and included, which I really appreciated. They were very interactive with them, engaging them throughout the visit and making it a positive experience for our whole family. Their friendly and caring attitudes truly stood out.
