Trainers kept changing my scheduled appointments. Which as a first timer is really discouraging. I wasn't able to get assisted on cancelling the extra payment for daycare or changing my email (that they entered incorrect) to make an online account same day. The plus side is the ladies at daycare are really nice and the variety of equipment.
