I signed up for my usual Monday morning class maybe an hour prior to start. I get to class and it was canceled. Why can’t the app send a text message letting me know it was canceled??! At least save me the drive for nothing!! Also, this location needs more morning cardio classes!
I am incredibly disappointed with the service and communication from this gym. I was a prospective member of this gym. I filled out the personal training request online, it said they would reach out.I got marketing texts daily, and one call that i returned within 10 minutes, I asked for a call back then it took 3 weeks for them to call me to meet with someone.
