Employees and managers unprofessional, we have had problems for years over the phone and in person. I work out of state but when home try and go into a speak to someone anyone on how to cancel account or transfer to family member due to my job im never home. My account has been inactive for years and yet I'm still be charged every month. Over the phone no one can help. No one has the experience to find the issue.
