Great high intensity full body workout. Hard work but not an intimidating environment at all.
You want to get in shape. This is the place to do it. I’ve been here 6 months and I’m in better shape than ever. I had a medical scare. Just had my check up and my doc said “I’m impressed with your numbers. Keep it up”.
TruFit immediately felt like home. Everyone pushes each other to be our best. The positive environment and energy this place has is incredible!
TruFit is not just a gym but it’s a very supportive community of people that help each other, support each other and fun at the same time. I’ve been to a couple of gyms over the years but nothing like TruFit. They've helped me in more ways than I can count and I recommend them any time I can.
