Such a great work out at Trufit and an amazing culture and environment. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and insightful. You won’t be disappointed in your workout, you’ll walk away feeling great and sore for days! 10/10 recommend!

I don’t do reviews, so pay attention. TruFit is a great place to workout and better yourself and your health. I have only been going for a short time and have already noticed a difference in my daily energy and motivation. The atmosphere is a mixture of positive peers and supportive coaches that make you want to do better each visit.
I went to trufit a long time ago, recently I came back and boy did I miss it. Love the atmosphere, the coaches, and everything in between. The people are great, the classes are fun, and I’m glad I was able to come back, one of the only places I’ve ever seen results in actually losing weight, super helpful with meal planning and everything else. 10/10 recommended ☺️
