As an older couple who had never darkened the door of a gym until four years ago, we love Trufit. We like a class format with varied workouts and lots of core, and it fits us to a T! One feels supported by the group, challenged by the routines, there is plenty of equipment and one never has to fight other class members for popular weight sizes, and awesome coach Courtney helps adapt routines as necessary for my wife's bicep injury. Plus the upbeat music fits the routines. It's very clean and well organized - five stars!
This has been a great experience and very positive. Courtney has the patience and the knowledge to help us achieve more than we thought we could. Many thanks to her.
Absolutely love this gym! I finally found a program that has been key in my fitness journey. I'm 62 and basically hated exercise and was far too sedentary. My body hurt all the time. The couches are the best. Very encouraging and supportive. I am finally able to lose some weight and I am so much stronger. I really enjoy the workouts. Best of all, my body doesn't hurt anyone. Highly recommend.
I really like truefit, I just started 3 weeks ago but I'm already noticing a difference in my stamina and my clothes fitting better. The people are great and I feel like I finally have some direction. So glad I found this place!
Wonderful opportunity to attend two great workouts with Courtney while visiting the area. The workout was a small group, the instructor was very personable, professional and encouraging. My first time to a gym where workouts focused on age 40 and over...loved it! Highly recommend this gym. I felt like I belonged there and I left feeling worked out!
