The Trufinco team is legitimate, I have never taken a loan thru them, but I have consulted with them a few times. Only reason I didn't follow thru was the interest rates I would have paid for a rental property loan was potentially 2 to 3 percent higher than if I took a commercial loan from a bank. I hate borrowing money from a bank, but I do get better interest rates. The people at TruFinCo were very knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. The process went smoothly and they helped us receive more funding than we had initially expected. Thank you TruFinCo!
Not the best experience with this company or Capwell Funding. They are more interested in getting paid than getting you want you need vs taking the time to ensure you are getting the right set up for your new business venture. I would not recommend them. They did discount our funding fee after we complained however we can’t use the funds we received for a new business due to how it was processed under a current business.
