Very unprofessional and unethical. And the lobby was dirty floor and couch. I scheduled an appointment with them to come all the way there and to be told they couldn't see me because I didn't confirm the message they sent me which afterwards they sent me another message saying they will see me at the time appointed. I was just walking by when a young man handed me an eye cream sample. He made small talk with my daughter and I, then placed something in my hand and asked if he could show me what it did. It was amazing! He put it under my eyes and the wrinkles disappeared! Then came the sales pitch. $799!?! But I could get it for $250. I said I couldn’t do that-then came the next pitch. My experience is not enjoyable at all my friend and I were scheduled for a complete facial on Sat 12 of Oct it was to celebrate my friend’s 66th birthday it took us one hr. And a half to arrive at Huntsville mall. When we arrived the store was closed, we hung around the mall thinking personal may be on lunch break, after 2 hours we left. Since then I have called the store only to be directed to voice mail. What is up with this place??
Amazing service!! Very friendly staff, Lina is an absolute master when it comes to skin care, and they were even fluent in different languages which helped a lot. The products work wonders and skin professionals really know how to teach you to use them. They constantly get new products, all worth a try! Whether you get a facial, cream or LED device, I would recommend 100000%
