Excellent chocolate Trufflehoud's has excellent chocolate. They make the chocolate right there behind the counter, so you know it's fresh. The selection is outstanding and they even offer diabetic candy for those who have to watch their sugar.
Chocoholic's Dream Trufflehound's is a quaint shop located in downtown Ventura. This family owned store has been a staple in providing superb chocolates for almost ten years. Their display case is filled with dozens of chocolate creations, with almost everything available in both milk and dark chocolate. Just about everything is also hand made, from the rich and heavenly truffles, to the caramel and the ice cream.
Best Chocolate Ever... This store has by far the best chocolate I've ever had. My Mom and I made it a Valentine's Day tradition to drive an extra 30 minutes out of our way just to have some. Also, those who run the store are as sweet as their chocolate. Overall, a really delicous experience.
Little Drops of Heaven Trufflehound's has absolutely delicious chocolates. My favorites include any one of their truffles and their mudslide (the one with a coffee bean shape on top) They use only the highest quality of chocolate so it doesn't taste waxy like you're probably used to. It's family owned and operated by the nicest people in the world too!
