it's disappointing how they treat their employees. They do not have the ALL LIVES MATTER at heart at all only some and when you voice your opinion that ALL LIVES MATTER they fire you.

we found a metal nut in our 4 pk fries. when my roommate left to get new fries i dumped the other 3 and found string, hair and dust. now we have to make sure the new fries that come from the same grill is safe to eat.
Lack of attention to patrons. Mobile orders wait for 15 min just to have to walk in and have the order wrong.
Recommendedfirst time trying their mobile order for delivery. It was amazing. Love the fact that they did not actually charge anything extra to deliver and from the time I ordered on the app till the time it arrived at my door was under 20 minutes!
Great lunch and friendly customer service!
Had a great time with Santa Claus today with the family!!!
