My appointment was at 11:30am, I arrived 10mins earlier, the office was closed and had to wait infront of the main door, another guy was wating since 11am. "Mike" arrived at 11:42am, he opened the door and got in without having the courtesy to ask or acknowledge us! Even one star is too much for this bussiness.
