Pushing 76 years old and had a damaged running board on my van that needed to come off. A friend recommended True Tech so I took it in. Long story short, Mike said they could do it. Went to pay and he said No Charge. I've been coming back ever since.
Huge shoutout toMikey at True Tech Automotive! He helped me troubleshoot a heater issue and didn't stop until he found the cause. Professional, patient, and excellent service. If you're in Vancouver, WA and need help with your car, go see them.
Mikey was incredibly helpful and ran a good diagnostic service for our Subaru Forester. He thoroughly checked the car and then told us to come back after we had put some miles on it. Turns out the car was all good to go and it was a fair service. Would 10 out of 10 recommend for an honest and comprehensive service check for your vehicle!
True tech automotive is awesome . Mike and Mikey helped me today with a bad radiator. I Talked to Mike and Mikey and we figured things out. They brought my truck in right away and found the problem and started repairs they understood my situation and from that point it was an awesome experience. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. My client asked that I share his experience, he is an older gentlemen who was trying to figure out how to get power to his wheelchair trailer. He had gone to multiple shops with no answers. He came here and was able to get some help to find out what the problem could be, and the mechanics here looked over his car for over an hour free of charge to help him determine the issue. They were very professional and kind and were able to diagnose an issue that even his dealership couldn't find.
