I asked for a estimate for an addition on the house, they finally came out and the guy got the details but then I never heard from them again. No estimate no nothing. Guess they didn't want the $50,000 in business
Top notch home contracting at its finest! From start to finish these guys delivered on their promise. Dealing with Nevada, Justin, Johnny, Jason, Kevin and the rest of the crew was as professional as we could have hoped for. These guys were so clean and courteous to our lawn and landscape! Our house is so much stronger, quieter, and much more beautiful than before. It looks like a new home again. Our neighbors have made many compliments on the work. True Sons were a great team to work with. We are very happy with our new screened-in deck. Their team was professional and did exceptional work. We highly recommend them.
Workmanship is excellent but communication and billing leaves a lot to be desired. Edited review: Josh from TrueSon called me to explain the situation with communication and invoices. I appreciate this level of customer service and have changed my review from 3 Stars to 5 to reflect this.
