I bought a mattress and base here because the big mattress stores have terrible experiences trying out mattresses. Here, they at least let me try at my own pace with no pressure or tried to prevent me from looking at some mattresses. I liked one here and so figured I’d give them my business for being so helpful. Then the problems started. Was told it’ll be here in a month, fine, I’ll wait. A month comes and goes and nothing so I call in, they say someone will call me back . No one did. This is my 2nd go around with this company. Ordered mattress and received the wrong one not My fault but there’s. Called the store for 2 weeks trying to solve this but no one would pick up nor return my left messages. Paul tried to help and was kind but the experience was the worst. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges to get my money back they didn’t want to pick up the mattress they told me I have to find away to get it back to them.
