Our first mattress did not hold up. Spoke with Dennis, the Owner who gave us a full credit for it. We ordered a second mattress, and we were offered a refund of $234 by Dennis. Never received it. Dennis now avoids calls and texts. This has been going on for almost six months. Never buy from any Tru Sleep store. Horrible customer service. I have them a one star review because I can’t go any lower. If only Dennis and Tru Sleep would live up to their word.
Spent over $3000 on a mattress set in March. Took over 30 days to finally receive my mattress and adjustable base. It is now June, my base is broken and one side will not adjust and we absolutely HATE the mattress. My hips hurt, husband is having more back pain, wake up in sweat and the cover is slippery. We were told about a guarantee to change out our mattress if not satisfied, but now we are told the store has closed down. BUYERS BEWARE! We wanted to try some different mattresses that aren't at other stores, so we went to TrueSleep. The store isn't put together well, but had lots of options. Scott was there and helped us try out different beds. He was knowledgeable, but very "rough around the edges." We ultimately purchased a mattress and was told it was a European company, so it wouldn't be delivered for 3-4 weeks.
