I have been working with Micah who is absolutely wonderful in helping me figure out why I’m being denied for a medicine. It was all within my doctors fault, but micah continued to text me until I was satisfied! What a nice change in what we normally experience with healthcare companies. Thank you Micah for all of your help. It was extraordinary.
This was the first time I had to deal with True Scripts and from going back & forth w/my UMR telling me one thing and calling true scripts and unfortunately that person wasn’t able the help me. I called back and got Hannah and she got it done, my medication that was first denied. Hannah assured she can help to the best of her ability and she is a superstar. I think she should train every representative you hire (sorry Hannah)

I was connected immediately with Kay, my customer support representative at True Scripts. I had several questions about a medication and she determined my eligibility and provided another solution on how I could obtain the prescription.
