They don’t explain your benefits at all. Prescriptions were $25 the first month, $170 the next, and the third month it was $1000. I couldn’t afford to pick it up. So I had to go without it. Terrible customer service.
Nothing but voice mail amd supposedly have a dedicated team that answers those. Hahaha haha! Both the doctors office and myself have been waiting over 2 weeks with no answer. Gave a "partial" prior authorization on an infusion I need after we sent info that my liver rejected literally everything else and then come time to fill with the specialty pharmacy they chose, refused their own prior authorization. Really??? Now they expect me to suffer or die because they want to play games. Truescripts used to be good back in the day... read more
They refuse to cover a medication for me that is clinically needed. The reasons they gave prove they have inaccurate information and that the person making the decision has no medical background. I am a Nurse Practitioner so when bogus reasons are given, I recognize them. They are denying it because it is expensive. This is a very poor practice that is common in insurance and prescription coverages. Don't let this place trick you into thinking they are the go between for you and your Dr office and they will work hard to get your med approved for you. They will reach out once to the Dr. office and if they don't respond, you'll never hear a thing saying we haven't heard back. I've been trying to get ahold of someone at Truescripts for a week now. Left multiple messages and no one calls back. If I can't get ahold anyone, it doesn't present much faith the Dr would be able to either. When you voice your frustrations over the... read more
An absolute joke. Been dealing with them for months. Trying to get a pre-auth through for a medication. For over a month I called daily and had doctors office submit forms nearly daily that they continued to claimed they somehow never received. Finally it was discovered it was kicked into a denial without anyone ever reviewing it in their system. Fixed that issue, it’s denied again. No justification. Tell them I want my denial reason in writing with appeal instruction. They act like that’s a crazy request that they don’t do.... read more
