I have always had great experience with the services provided by Helen Nguyen my sonographer and Dr Joseph Trieu . Both have been very professional, caring and thorough in every way possible. My sincere thanks to Truescan for having them.
best quality services and quickly time to solve
I have never seen such a busy clinic and I’m so impressed by the front staff being able to provide optimal service from the moment we walk in to the moment we exit the clinic. I’ve been there two occasions, one for my mother who was looked after by Rosanne to do her scan. My mother was so happy she was able to communicate in Khmer with Rosanne that no interpreter was required. Rosanne made sure my mum was comfortable and did not rush her. Mr Bảo is so good, motivated, friendly and excellent in vein injection. I have got a tiny vein, Bảo managed to cannula at the first shot. Also the medical centre is very clean, the receptionist is very friendly. I give 5 stars for this centre and Mr Bảo
Very busy place but so well managed. All the receptionists were very helpful, engaging and pleasant. Though I was told there would be quite a wait ,due to a few staff off sick, May organised for me to be seen quite promptly. She even helped me find my lost earring after having to remove them for my scan. A few days later, Tina was kind enough to assist me with the setup of the patient portal so I could access my results, as I do not live close to True Scan.
