Mr Bảo is so good, motivated, friendly and excellent in vein injection. I have got a tiny vein, Bảo managed to cannula at the first shot. Also the medical centre is very clean, the receptionist is very friendly. I give 5 stars for this centre and Mr Bảo
Very busy place but so well managed. All the receptionists were very helpful, engaging and pleasant. Though I was told there would be quite a wait ,due to a few staff off sick, May organised for me to be seen quite promptly. She even helped me find my lost earring after having to remove them for my scan. A few days later, Tina was kind enough to assist me with the setup of the patient portal so I could access my results, as I do not live close to True Scan. I would like to say thank you so much to May who was able to accommodate my wife to get her an appointment on the same day I had called her. My wife came out of Emergency the night before with heavy bleeding and needed to get an ultrasound done as soon as possible. May was not only very friendly, attentive and understanding, but she showed great care and empathy of our situation, which we are very appreciative and grateful for. Thank you again May for your care and understanding. We need more people like you in this world.
I attended TrueScan Radiology Cabramatta on Saturday morning 11th January 2025. I would like to provide some feedback to Management. The Receptionist who checked me in was lovely and friendly however the young female Radiologist who scanned my pelvis need to improve her people and communication skills.
