I highly recommend this storage facility. My mother passed away two months ago. Our family needed extra time to get her belongings, and it was time to pay the next month's rent. I called the manager and she was so nice and accommodating. She gave us four extra days to get it out with no cost. So, if you're in need of a storage unit, I recommend that you give them your business.
TrueSafe done it again!!! Had an emergency situation occur on the day my payment had to be paid. Was in the process of getting it paid, when an unexpected emergency happened. Long story short, I had to be sent to the Emergency Room, where I spent my entire day. I was frantic, worring about losing all of my personal memories and belongings.
