Had a great experience with TRUESAFE. Juan was a great advisor from beginning to end — professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions. The team did an excellent job on my roof and gutters, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them!

I do not recommend using this people the did a horrible job on our roof. We tried gettting in contact with them multiple times so they can come back and check their work and is no use they do not answer the phone.

The hail and windstorm had damaged both my roof and the inside of my house. For over a year, no company managed to get the insurance to take responsibility. TrueSafe Renovations, with their team and legal process, got the insurance to acknowledge all the damages and pay. Thanks to them, the issue was resolved, Call Juan Recagno, if he tells you he can make it, then he will do it 100%
