They find every way to prevent you from canceling your contract. They are difficult to reach, and have horrible service. Overpriced and poor service. Told me to contact the dealer where I purchased the warranty from in order to cancel. Of course the dealer never returns my calls and Brightline points their finger at the dealer to blame. Definitely buy their warranty if you love spending time with customer service on the phone and being frustrated.
Ive had this extended warranty back in may of last year. In September they covered over $10,000 in damages with me only paying about $600 out of pocket. And late april they covered almost $9000 with me paying out of pocket $300. This warranty company. Is legit. Highly recommend.
