I was renting a flat from this agency for about 4 years and generally had a positive experience with them. It was easy to use their reporting system for maintenance and they were pretty good at responding/resolving issues in good time. Staff were kind and gave enough notice for visits. Visits were infrequent and non invasive. I had no issues with getting back the deposit. I can't think of any issues that would warrant giving them less that five stars. If I Could, I’d Give Them 0 Stars! This agency took my entire deposit and charged me £200 for 4 lamps – £50 per lamp – and guess what? Those lamps were recently replaced! It’s nothing but a blatant scam. They’re untrustworthy, unethical, and just out to take your money. Avoid them at all costs!

As others have said, don't expect any of your deposit back without going through Deposit Protection Service. Really poor.

Terrible letting agent. I'm honestly surprised they are still in business. I had a lucky escape, they lost the management of my flat to another agency. They are not better at building management, I went to complain about drug users coming because they could not fix the doors and gates. They did not care and threw me out. I had to contact the council so they could enforce some essential work. I said I wanted to make a formal complaint I was replied the director is my father. A mixture incompetence, nastiness and nepotism.
