Truehart Wellness is a very relaxing place! I’ve been coming to Rochelle for 10 years. Her hands are magical and know where your tight muscles are at to loosen them. Knows what level of pressure to use. Without any hesitation I definitely recommend this place.

Rochelle always finds the exact areas that need work and I always leave there feeling so much better. She is very intuitive and uses a variety of tools to work out the kinks and pain. I’ve been going to Rochelle for about two years and she is the most thorough massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She always takes the time to listen to what problems your body is giving you and she has all the tools from hot rocks to cupping to thumping and of course massage therapy. She’s the best.
