Spoke to Richard Roe today and I've gotta say I was blown away by his customer service and knowledge. This man answered all my questions in a way that made it crystal clear. Although he was not able to inspect my Truck (Freightliner Cascadia) as they don't do Tractor Trailer inspections, he was able to point me in the right direction. I bought a 2013 Porsche 911s from university Mitsubishi and that carfax had it as hit in back and front and side. The report was 100% as described and color shades off as described as stating repainted those parts. The frame was as described too. Great company. I’m happy that the report in the future will NEVER be rebutted by anyone should I trade it in.
