Had an emergency hot water system failure late last night. Called TrueFlow and they were there first thing next morning. Dylan was very friendly. He explained what had happened to it and then gave me options to replace it being very upfront with cost. He took away the old one and replaced it quickly. Even cleaned up his mess. Super happy customer

Couldn’t recommend Dylan more! Our hot water system broke, and he responded quickly, replacing it the same day and even taking away the old unit without any hassle.
