First time here. They really took the time to understand what I wanted which made all the difference to the end result. The wash, scalp massage, cut, and styling were all solid. Loved the fitout, great chat while getting my cut, and absolutely amazing coffee.
Not only is this a very high quality product I can honestly say that the Melbourne store gave me the best customer service I have ever received. Very polite and efficient staff who were more than helpful with my enquiry.
Recently, I ordered a cologne from Truefitt and Hill and I had some issues with the delivery with Auspost. Nikki, was so incredible and made my experience with this company very memorable. She went above and beyond to assist me and I am so thankful for that and her! Would definitely recommend Truefitt and Hill!
