True Fitness has an awesome fitness class for kids called True Grit. My daughter looks forward to the class each week and she has gotten stronger and quicker because of it. I highly recommend the True Grit classes and their personal trainers.

Small gym but an awesome array of equipment for powerlifting and general strength training. Staff was great and got me going with a day pass quickly upon arrival.
