Worst bank you could use they now send you out to a call center. This used to be a nice local bank. It is not anymore.
We have dealt with TrueCore on multiple loans over the past several years and have always had a wonderful experience with them. Communication has always been great, and there have been no hidden fees or surprises throughout the process. And you can’t beat their rates! We will always continue to do business with them for any loans.
Huge mistake! Miserable experience every step of the way. After opening an account and realizing there was no overdraft protection, I was first told I declined it which I did not. Then told it was not available for my business account. Then told to come in and fill out paperwork, which I did then was called the next day saying it was wrong paperwork.
