We have dealt with TrueCore on multiple loans over the past several years and have always had a wonderful experience with them. Communication has always been great, and there have been no hidden fees or surprises throughout the process. And you can’t beat their rates! We will always continue to do business with them for any loans.
Huge mistake! Miserable experience every step of the way. After opening an account and realizing there was no overdraft protection, I was first told I declined it which I did not. Then told it was not available for my business account. Then told to come in and fill out paperwork, which I did then was called the next day saying it was wrong paperwork. I went to the drive thru and the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I was just waiting at the drive thru and the lady teller was like help you real nasty too me so I told to her no you can't help me if your going be rude to me and I was in just shocked of how she talked me .I wish would ask her name If she don't want to work with the public she should get another job.
