Jason Trainer is by far the most trauma informed physician I’ve ever encountered, including therapists. He will look closely at your medical history and body through a holistic lens. I’ve honestly never felt so cared for by a chiropractor or doctor, and his knowledge is next level. I’m not sure if was the adjustment, the information he provided, or the sense of being being seen, but my back and hip issues are improving and my motivation for self care is way better bc I know I’m in great hands. Jason Trainer, DC, is knowledgeable and professional. As a former career ballet dancer, I've been to many chiropractors over the years, and Dr. Trainer is excellent. He has a whole-person approach, is result oriented, considerate & caring, and I always come away feeling great!
