I'll add my voice to the others. I actually like my doctor here and some of the staff are nice (others not so much) but will be switching since I've had to spend HOURS on the phone over referrals and miscommunications on their end. Medical care in the USA is in shambles period but TrueCare clearly refuses to hire more staff to answer the phones.

I reported an employee of TrueCare for sexual assault during an event for homeless outreach. I withheld the name of the predator & details until I could speak with someone in management, lest he get a chance to run. Not a soul ever responded. No one at TrueCare wants to know. But maybe someone else does. These are the people you’re taking your kids to.
