Trucare (Quick care) in San marcos have excellent and very good care. Needed biopsy at other location but couldn't make it. Nurses made appointment to come in. Were helpful and courteous asked questions and gave the care that was needed.

Wife had an appointment with my child, even showed up 30 minutes to be safe. An hour later, nothing. Lack of communication and accountability. They dont care. "Would you like to resquedule?" Horribe customer service.

The “dental department” here shouldn’t even be called a dental department, it’s dirty, metal tools are on the floor, and they do nothing for you. I could hardly understand what the person working on me was saying and they don’t take any time to learn about the history of your mouth, like what to not do in your particular case/situation. I would probably avoid if you can, it was a bad idea I see in hindsight unfortunately..the visits are very rushed.

This place deserves a zero all around customer service and rude front staff horrible they treat there patients like this
