The staff and Ray were impeccable. He helped me in one session with some dry needling and adjustments. A great place for pain relief Maureen

I am so impressed by Ray Popp's ability to take someone who literally was doing the Tim Conway shuffle when I walked in, to someone who could walk out the door almost pain free! I called Ray early one morning and he listened to my story for 20 minutes and then said he was certain he could help me after 1 visit. To my amazement, he was right! Ray Popp is incredible. He has helped me more than I thought was possible. The PT center my doctor referred me to was unable to get me an appointment for over 2 weeks. I was in a lot of pain and based on the reviews, I called True Care, and they were able to get me in the next day.
