Every time I visit, I’m always well taken care of. I’ve read other patients’ experiences, but in my case, it’s been nothing but positive so far. The receptionist always greets me with a warm smile and even banters with me a bit (I’m there almost every week, so they know me well by now, lol). I usually don’t have to wait long—though I do make sure to call ahead first—and they’re great about returning my calls if they miss them. Zero stars I waited for over an hour and a half and they called 5 patients who had come after me and only called me when I spoke with them. Then the doctor saw me for literally less than ONE MINUTE in which he stepped out of the room and came back and then dismissed me because he had ‘didn’t have time’. Completely unprofessional, never coming here again.
Decided to give this place a try. Came in at 10am on a Thursday and was told there’s no doctors in until 5pm and the pharmacy was closed. Tried to double check maybe I missed something and their website isn’t working either. What’s the point???
I’ve had repeatedly terrible experiences with TrueCare Medical Clinic and Pharmacy | Walk-in Clinic Milton. Every time I’ve visited, there was no doctor available, and shockingly, the pharmacy wasn’t even open — even at 11 AM. This is completely unacceptable for a medical facility claiming to offer walk-in services.
