Got blood test done today. Very polite staff. Krishi, the girl at the reception helped me right away and did my test. She was very calm and polite.
We got our blood test done from TrueCare. Had an amazing experience. Very nice and polite behaviour of the girl(Krishi) at the reception. She helped us right away.
Very disappointed with the service at True Care Medical Center. The staff is extremely unprofessional, and the wait times are always very long — I had to wait around 45 minutes even though I had a confirmed appointment. They also tend to schedule unnecessary follow-up appointments over the phone, which feels like a waste of time. Every visit ends up being delayed, no matter how early you arrive. Definitely not the kind of care or professionalism one would expect from a medical center.
This was our first time to this walk in clinic. Everyone at the clinic was considerate about our circumstance. Nimra was very professional and kind. Guided us every step of the way. Overall an amazing experience and definitely recommended for any needs.
