Check your medical billing claims. I came in for a wellness appointment with Dr. TAN. my exam was great. He was on point with the exam. My issue is with the billing department. They charged me for things I didn't get done. My insurance is now disputing the claims and issuing me a refund fee. Check your billing claims people.

Taking two weeks to get back to me an an ultrasound that may be a hernia is unacceptable. Telling me you will call and not calling is unacceptable. This impacts my health and I put my trust in your hands to follow through promptly, and now I am second guessing my decision to come here for health care. I was told to expect a call in about a week.
