Great people only think it would nice to see some of the residents in the pictures but it is a really nice place and they take great care of the residents.
I want to thank each member of the staff at TLC for all of your hard work and dedication to your patients. We appreciate all that you do each and every day to make sure our loved one is safe secure and happy ! We are blessed to have a wonderful facility like yours here in our community.
I hate that anyone would have a bad experience at Trucare. My mother has been here over 5 months and the staff is always reaching out to please her and go beyond the duty expected of them. Always professional and caring, and loving toward my mom. She is well taken care of and very happy. Nothing takes the place of family involvement but Trucare tries very hard when I can't be there.
I feel some of their staff needs to learn how do their jobs. You should treat people as you would like to be treated. Leaving people on Dirty beds,Dirty diapers, wet isn't how it is suppose to be. Food cold ,dirty floors, no trash bags in trash cans, no pillow cases on pillows. This is just a few things wrong daily no matter what time or night.
I think Trucare is absolutely beautiful facility. I have lots of friends there and visit on a regular basis. It's always a pleasant experience when I go. IJS!
