Recently totaled a vehicle, in my claims packet there was a link to TrueCar. I was in a bind, so I immediately found a vehicle and processed a payment from my bank and had all paperwork notarized and completed within a week. Only after doing so found out it would be an additional 3 weeks before it will arrive...it's going to end up costing an additional $700 in rental fees while I wait.
