First time here. Burger and banana shake are good but customer service no good.
We just returned to our old neighborhood for the first time in 3 years. I was amazing to revisit our favorite burger spot today to find the quality of the phenomenal garlic Parmesan fries, cheesy trueburger, and custom milkshakes has remained top notch. Highly recommend this place to any and all foodies!
The burger is 10/10—I really love it and keep coming back. But the vibe is a bit off. The cashier always seems to be in a bad mood. Even though I usually leave an 18% tip, there’s no “hi” or “thank you.” Also, I’m not sure why they use floor tiles as tabletops—it makes the place look a bit dirty and hurts the overall atmosphere.
