Went for an ADHD assessment with Dr.Trueblood for a clinical interview, behavior rating scale, cognitive test, and continuous performance tests. Had an issue with billing that once it was brought to Dr. Trueblood's attention, it was quickly resolved. I greatly appreciate the Dr. and his wonderful staff for helping to address the situation. It was caused by the online billing portal, not the local staff. My mom said her experience with this professional was very pleasant. He is patient and very experienced in his field.
My eldery mother with Dementia and Aphasia saw this Doctor, and when she got her bill, she went online to pay it. Somehow, she got charged the ENTIRE cost (1750 vs 140). After 2 weeks, we've had 1 contact where they said they would address it, and have not returned a single call since. They literally work with people with age-related disabilities; you would think they would care more about their clients?? Despicable.
