A friend of mine told me about Truebalance 3 years ago. They were not taking new clients at that time. In February 2024 I was able to book with Anastasiya. She listened to my concerns and we made a plan. About a month later I was feeling very unwell. I messaged her because we had switched some meds and I wondered if this was a side effect. Seeing Dr. Darby has been a health-changing experience for me. He actually listened to and believed me, which is sadly not something most doctors do. We are working on getting my hormones balanced and he's willing to tweak medications and work with me to get things right. I'm very grateful to have found this clinic and to be getting such excellent treatment.
Unfortunately my experience was well below the 4 stars on the other reviews.. Anastasiya the Nurse Practitioner, during my discovery call of “3 minutes”, was appalling abrupt and made assumptions about my expectations regarding her about her availability should I experience health issues when I started the program. Edit: one year later. I decided to give True balance another shot as there wasn't many options. I'm very glad I did. Dr.Darby still isn't seeing anyone but Dr Zhuk was so I've been seeing her for about 8 months. She got a bunch of tests done that I had been asking my GP for for years, and sure enough three of my hormone levels were too low.
