I have a profound hearing loss. this entry level tech did nothing for my extreme loss. yes the price is competitive, but if it does not work, it does not work.
I have had good service with them up until recently. I am not going to give them a bad review as a result of one misguided employees actions. The owner finally responded to me however a phone call in a timely fashion would have been better business.
Presentation was outstanding - so informative and easy to understand. A +++++!!!
Debbie was very professional and very helpful. Debbie wanted me to see Tanner due to him being there for a long time. Debbie also did a cross sale, she did eloquent not to much she did without making me angry or embarrassed. Debbie did clean my hearin aids. Debbie is an receptionist, I was really surprised how much she knew. Thank you, Debbie
