I would like to give a shout out to Shaun Heavlin because my experience was amazing! He was very helpful & so kind in explaining in detail everything he did step by step! Also he took the time to help me with the app on my phone.
Clifford Kalina was kind, professional and efficient with cleaning, calibrating and modifying our hearing aids. He answered all our questions and patiently showed how to use the phone app. Highly recommend the hearing aids and Clifford! He made the experience wonderful!!
Have not been to the doctor in Ocala but loved loved the one in the Villages. Have no reason to believe that this office is not great as well. Starting with Nicole the receptionist. She is welcoming and very professional. A great start to every visit with the Doctor.
