Have not been to the doctor in Ocala but loved loved the one in the Villages. Have no reason to believe that this office is not great as well. Starting with Nicole the receptionist. She is welcoming and very professional. A great start to every visit with the Doctor.
This has been a huge nightmare trying to get very expensive hearing aids to stay in my ears. 6 months and even more money later, they are useless. The last idea was custom inserts from molds, but now, they don't even fit into my ears. Thousands of dollars totally wasted and no way to get a refund or a different fit. I am totally frustrated. RUN from Tru Ear!
I have been going here for the past year. From the front desk to the technicians, everyone is great! I don't have to sit in the waiting area for very long when I show up for my appointments. I don't get the feeling that they are trying to upsell me the latest and greatest. Even when I was having issues with the hearing aid app and my phone, the staff took the time to help me resolve my issues. This is a very professional and efficient team!
