Judy really understands her practice and uses the necessary time and care with her clients. She has such a lovely energy and aura too. Amazing!
I had a massage with Judy for pain/discomfort down the back of my leg and it was great. I loved her approach, and calm energy. It was my first time receiving myofascial release as part of my massage and I really found it beneficial!

I have been going here for years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The atmosphere is so relaxing and Stacey does a great job of listening and treating very intentionally. Highly recommend!
Been here several times when I had insurance and always had a great experience. Had to go today because of low back pain. Stacey did some cupping and massage and I am so so happy I went. Even without insurance, so worth every penny.
