I had the “honor” of talking to the owner and he was extremely rude. I feel sorry for his staff and clients.

I had a wonderful visit to this excellent gallery right off the Plaza in Santa Fe. I was warmly greeted By a friendly staff member named Kelly, who could not have been more accommodating. The gallery features a very impressive selection of paintings, jewelry sculpture in southwest art. The collection of Malcolm Furlow paintings is second to none. Many other great artists had some of their finest workson display. In the city that’s known throughout the world for its fine galleries True West certainly stands out amongst them.

On our way to an event this week we stopped in for a quick visit at True West in Santa Fe, NM. It’s not on “the plaza” it’s actually a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the 5 minute walk to get there. True West is an very nice gallery, with Native American jewelry, many varieties of beautiful turquoise, hanging art, sculptures, etc. Very nice selection, and top of the line quality. Owner was very rude and cancelled my order after not responding for several days even though the inventory that he cancelled was in store. Guess the website had an old price and did not want to honor it. Beware and shop Sunwest Silver instead were honesty is the best policy.
