The entire staff took such good care of my girl. She ate something toxic and they saved her!
We used True Vet for our dog over the past weekend. Although the outcome wasn’t what we hoped and prayed for our experience through True Vet was wonderful. The vet that saw our dog was compassionate, caring and given the limited information of our dogs history that she took in at first meeting, she helped us to make a decision to not have our dog suffering. Thank you to all the staff that helped us that day and accommodated our dog and our family.
My cat needed to be seen same day and they got me in and helped him. They were so kind and thorough. I’m going to continue using them because of this experience.
Thank you so much to everyone here! We called around 10 mins before they closed on a Friday night because our dogs gums started bleeding suddenly. They stayed open for us and were so accommodating and kind. They didn’t make us feel bad at all and they were very informative. The great pricing was the cherry on top. Thank you thank you again for seeing our girl pebbles and reassuring us 🩷 we’re so happy to have found another vet we can depend on. Also this space is so cute inside!
New patient....my cat has been under the weather the last few days, and my usual vet was booked up for over 2 weeks. True Vet got me right in! Walk ins are welcome, but to be sure when I called I got an appointment slot . Facility is clean, new ....professional and nice sized. Staff were very friendly, vet was great! Very pleasantly surprised. The cat got an antibiotic, senior blood panel run, and a recommendation for a future dental....was impressed enough that I think I will continue her care there!
