Recommendedi was there today looking for potting soil and screws and chain for hanging baskets. An associate came to me as I entered the store with some plants I found on my way in and proceeded to help me find the best screws and chain and best length and then cut the lengths. Excellent, friendly service as has been my experience every time.
I was in yesterday and bought a plumbing piece, the associate was very helpful. I got the wrong size, my mistake not his. Took it back today and even the customers are helpful. A man who was shopping tried to help me find what I needed. They made an even trade. Will shop there again.
Went to Roach Hardware at 21st and Washburn today for special screws for digital X-ray device. A person actually helped find them. I used to walk down to this store as a child with my Grandpa Fred. They are remodeling. Please support them. Let’s help this family business stay in business!💕
