If you are a woman, do not EVER apply for a job here! The Indian guy, PK, who is manager, is a creep! I am a former employee (using a pseudonym), and he sexually harassed two women who worked there that had to quit because of his antics, and he is still allowed to work there! There is some shady things going on in this place!! If I could have given no stars I definitely would have!
Worst customer service interaction I have ever had the privilege of being apart of. I bought 2 sink faucets from True Value a month ago with the intention of replacing the current ones I have in my house. Instead of replacing them I just cleaned them up and decided to return the ones I bought. Unfortunately they were past the 15 day return policy of the store, which I understand is a fault on me. I have frequented the store. Rob is the man who helps me every time. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He has helped me with many projects. He helps so many people at times I need to wait so I can have him help me. Glad they are in the neighbor hood.
