I shop here a lot , great selection of things . This is the best place to get bolts , screws or miscellaneous hardware ! Great sales on tools ever so often .
Galleria branch is their biggest one. This place would have the most options they carry.
Customer service can improve. They should be helpful to ALL customers (not only to the ones who dress in professional wear), and not have a derogatory tone. A customer being dressed down doesn't give a free pass for staff to be annoyed, or act as if the customer is a nuisance and an inconvenience to their day.
