Bought a snapper mower from here 2 years ago... Paid cash... Have cut my grass maybe 7 times total... Constantly something wrong with it, every time I come in I get told call me tomorrow, takes a week to get it picked up and that's after I call every day and get pissed off... Came in this morning and got told call me tomorrow, and when i told them i had been calling for the last week, the man got rude and then was just told take it to ocala... Worst customer service I've ever had...
