Deming ace hardware sucks and is over priced I went to get a product to clear a clogged toilet and the employee told me he was new and didn’t know anything about pluming and he didn’t even bother to ask another employee for help he tried to sell a product instead of having someone talk to me that knew a about plumbing
Purchased a 5 dollar ace branded crescent latch that was incomplete in the package, was declined exchange by bonnie because it was incomplete. The shift manager approved the exchange but I had the wrong recipet so Im out of luck anyway. I might be back but this will be the very last place I would check, amazons return process is easier and walmart carries most of what this place has but way cheaper. Harbor Freight doesnt even give me a hard time if I lost my reciept.
