Fantastic staff. Clean spacious well-stocked. Such a pleasure.
I always felt ignored as a female shopper here but I have to say this store has changed for the better. The staff is friendly and talk to each other on ear pieces. They even have young women working there who will be happy to help you find what you are looking for. I just returned from the store and the woman who worked with me was quite knowledgeable and knew where everything was and told me customer buying habits. I learned. Also I have to say the store is really beautiful.
I so appreciate this small-town hardware, and have been stopping by for decades. Great service and great folks! As they've gotten bigger, they've just gotten better! Thanks for your ongoing excellent service. Happy to support this great asset to the community!
I almost alway find what I need at Lindells and the sales help are helpful and friendly, but today, Alex at the service desk went on and beyond to help me open a little metal box that I lost the key to. I had no idea what was in it. Was it full of pennies from my husband or precious jewelry or something in between. Alex helped get it open and I was thrilled to see my long “lost” jewelry! I am grateful to Lindells and Alex. Thank you so much!
