Called about a quote and talked with a Mollie King. Most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. She is Extremely rude and if this is who you trust answering your phone good luck with your business.
True Turf does the seasonal fertilizing, seeding, etc for our lawn. It is the best it has ever been. We've gotten compliments from the neighbors on how good the yard looks. That's never happened in the 14 years we've been here! Highly recommend True Turf.
I have never dealt with a difficult person like Luke, their Supervisor in my life time. He had the same kind of attitude with the old owner of this company as well. He will bring all kinds of conflicts in each interaction with you for prices and job, not consistent at all. He told me that he is the Vice-President of the Company and wouldn't let me talk to the Owner when I asked to resolve an issue.
