Simona and Misha are the best. Not only are they incredibly skilled, but they also have a unique perceptiveness; they noticed issues with my muscles that I had yet to fully realize myself. They also took the time to explain so much about the bodywork process and I left feeling so much more intentional and knowledgeable about my body’s needs. They radiate calm energy and warmth and you are guaranteed to leave feeling great. I cannot recommend them enough!
Simona and Mischa are a fantastic duo. As someone who still puts some wear and tear on their body through hockey and other sports, they helped me out big time with recognizing issues in my legs and shoulders. They made me feel like a new person after their session. They also took the time to explain things to look out for in the future and how to put my body in a better place to recharge. I absolutely love coming here. Misha and Simona are committed to healing in a holistic and realistic manner and are so easy to talk to.
